WORKING PRINCIPLE

Its automatic with safety cover. Bread is left into the cutting area after opening the safety cover. Machine starts to slice after closing the safety cover.It slices the bread properly without crushing it. Sliced bread is packed by the help of bagger.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The plastic drawer is removed and the cracks are emptied.The machine does not require maintenance except daily cleaning.
