HOW IT WORKS

Pull the lever on the machine toward you and place your food into the opening. Release the lever slowly and carefully. Your food will be sliced perfectly, and the machine will complete the process. You can easily bag the sliced food using the bagging tray.

DO NOT SLICE HOT BREAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Remove the drawer and clean out any crumbs. The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning.
